Who we are, and what this notice covers
QA Technologies operates this website. This notice describes the personal information the website handles, why, and who processes it on our behalf. It covers this website only.

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. Nothing on this website requires an account, and there is nothing to subscribe to.
We use what you send to respond to you and for no other purpose. It is used solely to reply, is not added to a mailing list, and is neither sold nor rented nor disclosed to any third party except the processors named below.
Your message is delivered to us by email. For security and abuse investigation, that email also records the IP address the submission came from.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records the ordinary server-side facts required to serve a page and to absorb an attack, including the IP address, the time of the request and the resource requested. Those records exist for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
We do not combine them with anything else and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies, storage and analytics
This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser storage. Verified by inspection of the pages as served.
There is no analytics, no advertising technology and no cross-site tracking of any kind. The typeface is served from our own domain, so rendering a page causes no request to any font or asset provider.
Processors and third parties
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests on our behalf. It also provides the challenge that protects the contact form from automated abuse. Loading the page that carries the form therefore causes a request to Cloudflare challenge hosts, which receive your IP address as a necessary consequence. Every other page on this site makes no third-party request at all.
Resend delivers the email generated by the contact form. It processes your name, your email address and your message for that delivery.
Both act as processors on our instructions and under their own terms. We add no other third party without updating this notice first.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and is then deleted.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule for security and abuse prevention.
Your choices
Write to the address published on this site to ask what information we hold, to ask for a copy, or to ask us to delete correspondence you have sent. You need give no reason.
We will act on the request where the law permits, and will tell you plainly if some part of it cannot be met and why.
Changes to this notice
This notice carries the date it was last changed. Its text is checked against a recorded checksum before publication, so it cannot be altered without being reviewed, because a notice that has quietly gone out of date is no longer a statement of fact.
